Payments

We accept checks, gift certificates and cash only. Please make checks payable to “Shades of You”. There will be a $25 charge for any returned checks. Gift certificates for services are available on location; please note a 15% gratuity charge is included in the cost.

Reservations

Appointments are required. We do not service walk-ins. It is recommended that you arrive at least 15 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment time to ensure a full and relaxing treatment. Please keep in mind that a late arrival may subtract from your treatment time. We will try to accommodate you if possible.

Cancellations

We request a 24-hour advance notice to cancel an appointment. A substantial amount of time and energy is invested in preparing to service you. Please be respectful of that by notifying us ahead of time so that we can make adjustments to our schedule accordingly.
 
Gratuities

Gratuities are not included in the cost of services. However, 15% - 20% is the customary rate within the spa industry.

Etiquette

To ensure a serene environment in our spa, please turn off your cell phone and any other electronic device upon arrival.

Please inform your therapist if you are pregnant or have any medical conditions preventing you from receiving your treatment.
